Err, What Happened to "Hello, World"?

The "Hello, World!" tutorial is consistently one of the most popular sections of this site. There are very few, if any, tutorials that get you up-and-running in Python so quickly and easily. With the coming holidays, however, we set aside "Hello, World!" and welcome "Merry Christmas!"

Where "Hello, World!" teaches the basics of Python by implementing convoluted ways of printing to the screen, "Merry Christmas!" greets anyone of your declaration with the holiday and greeting of your choice. It supports Christmas, Channukah, and Ramadan in English, French, and German.
